Happy St. Patrick's Day! Well we continued to carry on with our "pillow" tradition this year, I am so glad that we started to do that. The kids loved it! They got so excited to put on their green pillow cases, they boys thought that they would wait to see if they could catch the Leprechaun so he could take them to his pot of gold! Bright and early at 5:30 this morning Marcus woke up sick, so by the time we got up and he was staying home I decided that they last thing I would want to smell if I were sick was eggs, so we skipped out on the green eggs this year, but we still managed to eat enough green foods!
Menu this year:
Lunch....Green Sauce Pasta (huge hit at our house), Green Apples, Green Beans,
and Leprechaun Juice
Dinner.... Taco "Green" Salads and Leprechaun Juice
Dessert....Cupcakes!

Olivia was eating a treat that I thought was blue, so when she came in the kitchen I giggled because I thought it was perfect for the day!

That was a long hiatus. Holden told me last night to make sure I decorated the house in green(I didn't). But then when I told him the leprechauns turned the milk and eggs green this morning, he had a meltdown. Kids.

Yes, we love Green Sauce Pasta! I need to try the red sauce because I think my family would love it!!! Have you talked to Ann or Phil lately? It has been about a year since I talked to them, but I couldn't believe how big they have gotten when they sent out their Christmas cards. Oh it is so good to find you again!!!
