Exciting News....

Our little family is feeling extremely blessed right now.  It has been over 15 months that Carson lost his job.  We were very fortunate that he was able to go sell alarms last summer and do really well at it.  After coming home in the fall he continued looking for jobs and then shortly after searching he got a job.  We were so excited, but knew it was not his dream job and the commute would be difficult on him and our little family.  For a few months we still were throwing out the idea that he might go out and sell again this summer.  We were figuring out how we might make it work a little better so we could see him more.  During this time on the weekends Carson continued "hunting" for a job.  He found one that he was really excited about and thought it would be a good fit for him and our family, and it was a lot closer!  We were hopeful, but knew the process could take awhile.  A few weeks after applying for this job he had a company contact him about a job that he applied for a year ago that wanted to talk with him.  Well after a lot of praying and talking Carson was given a choice between two really good jobs, he was offered both jobs!  We feel so blessed!!!  Like I said we have been praying so hard to know which one was the best fit for us.  My Dad gave him wonderful words of wisdom, "neither one is a bad choice, so be confident with the one you chose and don't look back!"

So today was the start of a new day, a new job, a new beginning to a wonderful consistent schedule, and most importantly security!  Good job Big Daddy, we are so proud of you!!!
