Today was the Presidential Inauguration. President Barack Obama is now our President, at least for the next 4 years. As Olivia and I watched it today I told her this is President Obama, she said, "Pesdent Omama?" I have said this before that this is not who I would have chosen, but it is what it is, so I will give him a chance. I feel like our economy can not get any worse, so it is kind of exciting to see what changes he really can make. Although I think he has made a lot of promises, I am not sure how he can keep all of them, but we will see. It did make me sad when watching President Bush and Laura Bush get on the helicopter to leave and the news people were commenting on how some people were cheering because they respected him and others are cheering because they were happy to see him leaving because of what a poor job he had done. I just thought he is leaving, can't we just say the nice things today?!As I watch it you wonder what is going on in President Bushes and Laura Bushes head, how it feels to be ending this huge chapter in their lives and on the flip side what the Obama family is thinking. You wonder what is going through those two cute little girls' minds? How different their lives are forever going to be. Well lets wish our country good luck during the next four years!
