Ever since I had Payton I have been having a lot of discomfort in my stomach. After many Doctor appointments we found out that my gallbladder is not fully functioning, but it functioning enough that if I wasn't having pains they would leave it in. It is in the "gray" area of taking it out. So after talking with the Doctor we decided he would take out my gallbladder unless after doing a scope he saw an ulcer or something. I knew it was not an ulcer because it was different pain, so I was pretty sure it was just my gallbladder. After waking up I learned that he did not take out my gallbladder because while he was doing the scope he noticed that my intestines were swollen and my stomach was all red, they said it was, "very mad". They are going to treat that as an infection first and if after a couple of weeks if the pain hasn't gone away they will then do the surgery to remove my gallbladder. I was at the hospital about half the day today and the other half I was home feeling like I had been hit by a train! Carson said he has never seen me that out of it, I was tired!
Hope all will go well over the next couple of weeks!

I'm so sorry... but I'm glad know surgery, hopefully you will get feeling better.
Crazy!!! I hope the infections clear up and they solve the problem for you! Good luck!!!
Yikes! Hopefully the intestine will heal and you won't have to have all the drama of a gallbladder removal.
