We had a wonderful Easter. We couldn't plan to much because we didn't know how Olivia would be feeling and Marcus had baseball games. Since Olivia was doing well we took her to the local Easter Egg hunt and then we headed over to my parents for a Easter party.

Payton thought it was pretty fun finding an egg. He only needed one and he was set!
After the hunt we went home for awhile. One of the treats that the kids got was a little box of cereal. Olivia had been sitting at the table eating cereal and the next thing I new was Payton had crawled up to the table and was helping himself to her food. He was to dang cute and very proud of himself, we had to snap a few photos of him!
My parents had a fun easter egg hunt for the kids. They were on the hunt for the golden egg, I believe Austin found it this year!
Papa and Nana gave them all a beach towel, please sunshine come and stay awhile....
My Dad and my boys have gotten into launching rockets lately. Papa helped Marcus launch some for a school project and little while back. We were excited to do it with the other cousins when they came up. They are really fun, they go so high in the sky. Jaime was a little nervous and all the boys (the dads as well) had fun trying to race and catch it when it landed!
I have said it before, but I love all the effort my mom goes into having a party for us. The food was yummy and the decorations were darling!
All the kids except for Marcus were able to color eggs. They got very creative, using dental floss and foam dots made for some very cute eggs!
A week or so before Easter my mom planted some wheat grass for a table decoration. The kids loved all the eggs that were "hidden" in it.
The kids really enjoyed giving the grass a "haircut"!!
Jackson ended up going with Carson and Marcus to Marcus' baseball games so it left Alec and Ausitn home playing. It is always interesting to see what those two come up with. The both have a large amount of creative thinking, you never know what they are thinking or planning!
Easter Sunday was such a nice day. The kids loved their Easter baskets and loved the letter left by the Easter bunny explaining to them how they needed to go to the store to pick up their swingset and teeter-totter. In their letter it also reminded them the true meaning of Easter and how to make sure and be grateful the blessings we have from the Sacrifices our Savior made.
Latter on in the day the Giles' came over and enjoyed jumping on the tramp Carson got put up. The kids have been waiting since they bought it at the black friday sale, they were so excited that the snow had melted and that it was finally time to be put up.
Our little Roo Roo loves the tramp! I think when the older kids are not home and I need to get some serious cleaning done our tramp will become a giant playpen for the little "Tornado"!!
