What a week we have had. We have had science fair, invention convention, dance review, preschool picnic, preschool graduation, and the mile run all within 4 days of each other. Man these children of mine make me sleepy! I knew the invention convention would be happening at some point, since we did it for Marcus in 2nd grade. So every once in awhile Alec and I would throw out ideas of inventions that we could do. Now I think this is Alec's thing, I would not be surprised if Alec was an inventor of some sort at some point in his life. Well all time really got away from us with everything else going on and all of the sudden it was the night before and we hadn't started on any of our wonderful ideas! (I know Mother of the year waiting for the last minute!)
We were on our way home from Olivia's dance review when we realized here we are loaded up on glow sticks, we should find something to do with these! After putting his project together we put it in the freezer so the glow sticks would still glow the next day.

Glow in the dark house numbers!
It's main purpose is to help that wonderful pizza guy out while delivering pizza in the dark, perfect idea I know!
I was able to go to the convention. I sure do love helping my kids work on a project that they can be proud of!
