On Father's Day we were coming home from Idaho Falls, so we didn't have anything planned. Once we got home from a very tiring few days, but the boys had set in their mind that they wanted to go fishing. Carson was so tired, but didn't want to disappoint his kids so he got his fishing stuff ready and headed out. He knew that there wasn't going to be much luck, but he thought they would be less disappointed trying then not even going out.
She is braver then I have ever been. I wouldn't touch a warm if it was the last thing on earth to touch!
Ya at least Marcus caught one!
And so did Alec...
Papa and Nana were still in Florida so we went and visited Grandpa Rhodes as well. I love that my kids love to be out there and do the same things that I would do when I was little and visiting my Grandparents.
This is one of my most favorite photos of all time. Grandpa is almost 92 and you just never know when this will be the last picture we get to capture of him!
This photo is also right up there as one of my favorites. This captures these two friendship that is so priceless! They have been the best of buds since the first day they met and by the looks of it, it won't be changing anytime soon!

We are very lucky to have our Big Daddy in our lives. I hope our children will always remember how willing he was to spend time with them. How lucky they are to have an involved father in their lives who loves them and who would do anything for them!
