Whenever Olivia would talk about her birthday and that she was going to be turning 5, I would tell her that I am going to put her in a magic bottle so she can always be my little girl. She did not like that idea at all and thought she had her dad convinced that if I did put her in a bottle that he would get her out. This lil' princess of ours is such a wonderful blessing and a huge treat in our lives! She is a ray of sunshine where ever she goes, most of the time. She is so happy and always looking for a good time. She is always dancing and doing tricks or she is holding her leg up clear up in the air! Olivia is going to her last year of preschool, I think I'm going to have a really hard time with it next year when I have to send her to Kindergarten. We are such good little buds! She brings so much love into our home, it is a wonderful feeling. Most importantly, she knows how to hold her own-she is one tough chick!
Her birthday fell on a Sunday this year, it was nice to be able to just hang out and let it be "her day". We got up opened presents, ate breakfast, played with her new toys, went to church, ate her favorite dinner {spaghetti}, and ended with going to Papa and Nana's for banana splits. It was a really nice day and I think she felt special all day long!
She had slept in, I looked over at one point and she was trying to peek if there was any presents set out for her.
She got a new doll. I think her name is "Caylee". It changes often, but she at some point always comes back to the Caylee name.
She also got some clothes.
I had seen this really cute crib on pinterest so I got my dad to help me carry out my idea and build Olivia a crib for her babies. I love how it turned out and she loves to put her babies to sleep in it! {Payton also loves to put the babies to sleep in it!}
I look forward to a life long amount of birthdays with this wonderful little girl of mine. I just love watching her grow and learn new things!
