Birthday Party Fun!

Today Marcus had is Halloween Birthday party. We had lots of fun, we had 20 out of 22 kids come so we had a wonderful turn out. The kids all looked so cute all dressed up, it is lots of fun seeing Marcus and Alec with their friends. We played lots of games, did a fun little craft, and then of course had yummy cupcakes. I had a big black pot with some "witches brew" (7-up with dry ice) so half of the kids didn't want to drink it, it was pretty funny.

Well we have this years birthday parties done with now we can wait until Marcus is 7 and Alec is 5!

I can't believe you would invite that many children to your house. You are crazy. It sounds like it was a lot of fun. Summer had fun and kept talking about it.

You just got to do what you got to do!!! There was just no place to draw the line. It really wasn't bad at all, I think it turned out fun so I'm glad to hear that Summer enjoyed it.

What a great party!! You are a real trooper to invite all of the kids. I'm sure they had the time of their lives.

Courtney... Hey this is Krista, you know blogging is crazy you find lots of people. Anyway, your family is SO cute. I hadn't seen Olivia, she is a doll and I love the name. It was fun getting the update on your family, although we both live in Treetown we should see each other more. If you want our blog is:

Hi Courtney! I would love to help you out. Off the top of my head I can think of the Glow Kit by Michelle Coleman at Little Dreamer's. It has those colors, but it's not hollywood. If that doesn't work or you need something else, OR just want to discuss digital stuff in general, you can email me: joyouswilliams@gmail.com
and I am happy to help you anytime!

What a fun party! I can't believe all the kids that came, you're a great mom. I have a rule of only letting them invite the number of kids the age they are turning. I have to work my way up I guess. I'm not surprised you're alway so organized and on top of things I'm sure you handled it all with ease!

Jen-I honestly used to have that rule, but then it is the wait on your shoulders of who do you not invite!

I don't mind at all if you use that party idea. Let me know what you want to know, and I'll give you all the details....maybe be email or something?

Hey. I think I have found like 10 old nannies in the past week! It's crazy, but such a fun way to keep in touch! Your little ones are so cute. I love Olivia's chubby little face. I love chubby..
I would LOVE some more bows and flowers.. Are you selling them through that store or on your own? Let me know..

Courtney, thanks for visiting our blog and thanks for your comment. To answer your question about my camera, I shoot with a Nikon D50 digital SLR. I purchased it July of 2006 and Nikon no longer makes that model, but they do make a Nikon D40 and a D70 which are both comparable (the D40 is the more basic, less expensive of the two). The camera came with an 18/55mm lens and I have also purchased a 50mm portrait lens and a 70/300mm zoom lens. So those are the specs. I totally love my camera! Take care.
