So I realize I am really really behind on my blog and by the time I get it all updated it may be a little bit out of order, but oh well, it will be done!
This last week one of my close friends lost her dad very unexpectedly. My heart is so broken for her and for her family. I was reminded on how fast life can change and how precious our lives are. One thing she said to me is they have no regrets, they were able to spend a lot of time with him and they knew how much he loved them. I am so thankful that is the piece their family feels, that is how I hope that I will always make my kids feel. I didn't really know her dad the very best, the past six months I have seen him more then I ever have in my life, but I would have to say he was a wonderful man. His children are such respectable people who are great examples to everyone around them, I think right their knowing him well or not much at all allows anyone to say he was a great man! When we were around him his quite presence made you feel comfortable. At one point during this soccer season he went out of his way to let Carson know he would help him with a personal matter, I respected him so much for that. I just wanted to say to his family that I am sorry for your loss and thank you so much for the wonderful example all of you are to me and my family....
