Marcus' first grade was a success! I can't believe how fast it went by and how smooth of a year it was. Marcus had Mrs. Hollie Allen for his teacher, he did really well with her. At times he might have felt too comfortable with her, he knew just what he could get away with! I also was able to enjoy helping out in his class, most every Friday afternoon I was able to go and help in his class. I honestly love doing it and I love even more how excited my kids get to have me there helping, so as long as that excitement stays I will stay helping!
Marcus has done very well catching on to all of the concepts they learned during the year, it is very impressive how well he does. I wouldn't mind less whining when it came time to do homework at night though!

Alec, Marcus, and a couple of his friends from his class Dallen and DevonI decided that having Alec more shy and having him be around Mrs. Allen during the year it would be a good idea to have him have her as well during his 1st grade year. I hope that he will be less shy during his second year of school!
Marcus great job with school, we are so proud of you and all of your many accomplishments you have made during this past year!
