Olivia Dancing {I Love To Dance} 2010

Olivia started dancing this year. She is dancing the same place I did when I was little. It was so much fun watching her find a love for dancing! The first couple of months at dancing she thought she was so big to go in all by herself, but after that she would only go if I was sitting in there. All year long she would say, "Mom, when I am bigger I will do it all by myself!"


We were sad that Carson wasn't there for any dance competitions or her review, but we happy that he could go to one of her practices. These pictures were taken when he was with her!

Olivia had her first dance competition and she did great! I was a little nervous because I didn't know what she would do when she saw everyone in the stands, but she didn't let it bother her one bit! She was very cute out there in her little dance costume, dancing her little heart out!

I am both sad and okay with the fact that we do not have any photos of the second competition. I thought to myself, no need to take pictures because we have them from the 1st go around. Well it was quite different from the first time, the danced at 5:30 at night and I think Olivia was very tired and hungry. So by the time she got out there to dance she bawled the whole entire dance! Not cool, but it was somewhat cute!

Olivia's dance,"I love to dance." She did such a good job, she knew the dance so well! She dances non stop at our house. She takes turns doing her dance, then Brooklyn's dance, and then Makayla's dance. She thinks she is so big watching the big girls dance and then coming home and doing their dances.

She had a lot going for this dance since she cried during the last dance competition. She had picked out a let pet pig named Willow at the store. It was sitting in the back of the van, if she did her dance she got the pig, if she didn't do her dance it went back to the store! Boy and boy did she do a good job, such a proud mom moment! She knew every step, new when to shake it, and when to do the right facial expressions. I was very proud of her!
