Sandall Wedding {2}

{June 11, 2010}

So the second Sandall wedding has came and gone! I can't believe it, time has gone by so fast. I still remember when Chrystal came over to my house back in January to tell me the wonderful news and ask me if I would do her wedding flowers. It was so much fun and a very busy week all in one! I turned 30 during the preparation of doing her wedding flowers. Between Carson, my parents, the Sandalls, and the Paynes they did a great job of making my 30 a great one!
It was so much fun being a part of making Chrystals "dream" wedding come to life! I think it is pretty safe to say that we made it work! After a couple of days of doing flowers, staying up late, and laughing hard the big day came. I was excited to go to the Temple to be able to be apart of their big day, my kids also enjoyed being there as well. They all treated me and kids so well, just like one of them!
The wedding turned out wonderful. While we were setting up, it was pouring rain and we were a little worried to know what the outcome of the evening would be. We put up a few extra tents, made it beautiful, and hoped for the best and the best was what it turned out to be! As soon as it started the rain stopped! It was cold, but their was no rain. After the reception m and my 3 older kids stayed for the dance, we enjoyed ourselves and through out the day I found a new friend that we decided that we are meant to be good friends! During the dance Whitney asked Marcus to dance. For many years these two have acted like brother and sister, but Marcus got a little shy and said, "Come on Whitney that is a little weird, I mean it is like 17 verses 7!" After the dance Derek jumped in to the pool and then there were a few more, so at that point my boys thought that they should as well. So there they went, clothes and all! Last, but not least they enjoyed sending them off with the extra big sparklers, man they thought they were pretty cool!
Thanks Sandalls for letting us be apart of your special day!
Mr and Mrs Chris Wiggins! They were so fun to work with. I am so glad that I had the chance to work with them. I was able to get to know both of them so well, they are wonderful people. They were so good to my kids. You guys are welcome to come over anytime you need that baby fix! Chrystals bouquet was beautiful and very fun, loved it!

Whitney, the beautiful bridesmaid! Their dresses were beautiful, I loved the red necklace and red shoes! I also loved the jewels that I had hanging off of the bouquet.

The book table flower arrangements were some of my favorite arrangements as well. I loved the way they turned out!

I loved making these and I loved the way they looked! The adventurous part was getting them from my house to the Sandalls! The vase and the flowers were separate and when I made the flowers I made them very tall (they touched the ceiling of my basement) and at the time I wasn't thinking about how we were going to get them there. Well Sheri and I had an idea that we would have to sit in the back of my van with the back open and have Tanya drive us there. I wish we had pictures and I wish I could describe how funny it was. Just know that I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time, I believe we all almost peed our pants!

After Christie gets all of her pictures back I may need to share more.
