Soccer was lots of fun this week. It was finally hot!! It was 81 compared to the first three weeks at about 35! Marcus gets better each week and understands the rules a little better. I am so thankful for our little determined guy. Carson and I have always wanted them to feel that they can do what they want, they just can't quit in the middle of something. After they try it a season or two if one of the sports isn't their thing then we move on to the next. Well that is the rule for most everything, swimming is a must in our house! We have found the best swimming teachers and the first year in a half they don't care the most for it and then after that they are little fish, but they don't get to quit swim until they know how to get out of the deep if needed! Sorry back to soccer....So this week only 3 kids were there the first 45 minutes (which the first 30 is actually just practice and then the last 30 minutes is the game). During the first 5 minutes of the game these 2 little kids (the third was goalie) were running so hard, but Marcus started grabbing his head and by the end of that five minutes Marcus came over to tell me how bad his head hurt. I felt bad I didn't even think to bring Tylenol, I guess I learned my lesson! He did really well he made three goals and blocked one when he was goalie. The thing I think is the best is all of these little kids see how all the parents are so happy for anything that they do, so at the end of the game they walk away excited for just playing the game. Marcus makes sure that everyone know win or lose you get a trophy! One week to go....
Marcus and Kendra- Kendra is a little girl on his team, her mom is the coach, and they are our neighbors that Marcus loves to play with!

I can't wait until Carter is old enough to play. I think it will be so fun (and funny) to watch.
Looks like a lot of fun. Fun to have the whole family involved. We love having your kids come over to play with Weston and Onni.
We have been trying the soccer think also. Jaden did one last fall and he didn't particularly like it because you know it rains a lot here, so now he is playing indoor soccer an thinks it's pretty cool because he can't get wet. I would love to see you this summer. I rarely see anyone when we come home. Tell Tricia hi for me I don't talk to her too often. Take care of your cute little family and we'll talk to ya later!
I wish this thing would spell check or maybe I should read through it before I publish it! Woops!!
wasnt it so nice to have nice weather! I think it makes it a little easier for the kids to play!
I love the first picture. It is great!!!
