Today Marcus and I went to get gas for the van. When I pulled up and the price was $3.88, which most every where else I guess it is more like $3.97 a gallon I told Marcus to remember this. He asked me why do I remember this? I told him this is something that has never happened before and the scary thing is it is only going to get worse. It is kind of like are parents or grandparents saying I remember when a loaf of bread was .25 since! This exact time four years ago it cost me $35.00 to fill up my van, today it was $69.00! Now that makes me feel old and in a way it ages Marcus to think one day when he is telling his grandkids or kids how much gas is, I wonder what it will be when Marcus is my age?
I do realize this is a funny post, but it is just something to remember!

WOW! you have been busy! sounds like me a couple of weeks ago!! I cannot beleive Addie! I haven't seen her for a few years, she looks a lot like Jandee, well Josh too! I can't beleive the gas prices either! We went to put deisel in the truck the other day and it stopped at $100... I guess that's all you can put in? and it didn't even fill it... I feel so bad for our kids when they grow up! Have a good day!
I know it is crazy. I can't believe how expensive it is. I don't want to know what it's going to go up to.
I know the price is ridiculous. It cost me $97 to feel up our navigator. Thank goodness we only have 1 vehicle to fill. They said next year we will probably see$7 a gallon. I guess I will really be walking then.
