On Mother's Day my Great Grandma Hunsaker passed away. She had been sick for awhile, when we went to the viewing I couldn't believe how little she had gotten. She is my grandma Simmons' mom. I can't say that I knew her as well as some of the family, but there has never been a time that we have a had a get together that she has not come. It will be strange the next time we go to my grandparents house to not have her there sitting in the chair or on the couch. She sold Avon for over 40 years, so when we were little we received many Avon gifts. It is crazy how she would always give us a present! She had 4 kids, 17 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren. That is quite the family!!! My kids and I went to the viewing and funeral for her. It was nice being able to go and listen about her wonderful life. Although we are now two weeks past and Olivia still has to tell everyone that great grandma died and that our balloons went to heaven!We will miss Grandma Hunsaker, but it is nice to know that she is no longer in pain.
